I had a great experience booking at room at the property, The front desk clerk, Viva was extremely understanding, she displayed a level of professionalism and patience with helping me and my daughter getting our room situated. Having Hotel Staff, that genuinely care and wants to you to enjoy your stay is top tier!

I want to start by saying this is my honest review. I stayed April 2024. I have been a professional traveling commercial contractor for over 10 years and I have seen the good bad and the ugly in the hotel industry . This place has been perfect for MY needs. The rooms are value-priced for a reason. If you look in the price range of this hotel to anything comparable you will pay double for the area. **There is a 100-dollar cash or credit card deposit. If you pay with a card it may be a few days before it goes back onto your credit card. Just pay in cash and get it immediately at checkout save yourself any type of headaches.** It's not the Ritz-Carlton and I didn't pay for the Ritz-Carlton. I did get ... *Clean room *NO bugs *Stove top *Full size fridge *Comfortable bed *Clean sheets *Clean towels *Great staff *Secure parking *Security onsite *Access to laundry I paid for a SAFE weekly extended stay where I had access to laundry a stove top and a comfortable bed. I also had access to a full size fridge which was a plus. I got all of that and more. I also paid a reasonable price. During my stay Felicia went out of her way to make sure I was takin care of. Since the pandemic it has been very hard to find great hotel staff like that. If I needed anything she was on top of it immediately I really appreciate that. When I first checked in I made a mistake on my reservation and Viva was able to fix all my issues which I really appreciated it after a long road trip. We have also added this location to our project stop list for other employees to stay in the future. Thank you again! JT

The first one was nice, the only thing I lost was my personal keys that had a chain on them. On my second visit, the room was found to be too small and too cozy. On my third visit, I was given an accessible room where I found a concern because the shower head was broken. Fourth visit, I just stayed there one night for sleep. This is a nice hotel. I would come here again.

I found the room to be in very clean condition. It was very pleasant having a stove top and full size refrigerator. To my surprise, happily they had on-site laundry that also uses debit cards so you don't have to worry about quarters. They also have free Wi-Fi that worked real strong so I could enjoy my fire stick in the TV. The staff was amazing, the maintenance men are keeping the exterior in a very pleasant manner. They even have a security guard that make his rounds constantly throughout the night. I feel very comfortable here and the staff made it that much better. Viva and Felicia we're very pleasant faces to have behind the counter. They took care of any issues I may have had. The price was very reasonable as well. I would stay here again I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

It's affordable. And if issues arise, I personally witnessed the manager handle the situations very professionally and promptly. The staff almost always give me quite an enjoyable conversation, knowing I can get a good laugh in the ever-changing environment. To me, it deserved a 5-star rating of its own.

I have been staying in this hotel for 6 months and my needs have always been met by the pleasant staff. If I have a problem it's always addressed. The staff are always pleasant and helpful especially Viva (who always greets with a smile and guest service ) Felicia, and Terek. There is one other lady but forgot her name sorry. Thank you for your kindness and respect.

The property itself is a bit hit-or-miss, but the service we received from Viva at the front desk was absolutely exceptional. She's the reason we made the ultimate decision to book the room. She was incredibly transparent, professional, and went out of her way to be accommodating during our stay. It’s rare to find someone so genuine. While the hotel has its downsides, Viva is a total rockstar and made the experience much better than it would have been otherwise! In closing, this hotel is very much you get what you pay for. Their weekly rate is definitely worth the stay, considering their location to the beach and nearby neighborhoods. You won't find cheaper with this level of cleanliness and hospitality.

Wonderful stay here. Really enjoyed the staff. Big shout out to Viva!! She has the number one customer service at the front desk. Very kinda when checking in. Always attentive to our family. Very great at multitasking. I give her 10 stars!! Thank you Viva for everything. You make it worth staying here.
